Circuit training is fast-paced, varied, and surprisingly fun. You’ll move through different exercise stations — mixing strength, cardio, and conditioning — all within a 45 to 60 minute session.

Each workout is coach-led, structured, and easy to follow, even if you’re new. You’ll use a mix of equipment like dumbbells, bikes, sleds, ropes, and rowers, with options to scale every movement to your level.

This is one of our most popular classes for a reason. It’s effective, social, and pushes you in all the right ways.

What to expect

1. Structured stations

Each workout includes timed stations focused on strength, cardio, or mobility. You’ll rotate through them with short breaks in between.

2. Coach-led sessions

A coach guides you through everything — from demos and form checks to pacing and motivation.

3. Train at your pace

We offer variations at every station. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll feel challenged but never overwhelmed.
